At MyThirdEye, for initiating your refund to are required to apply for withdrawal. Refund of your amount shall be deliberated as per the following policies.

Refund Policy for Monitoring Services

  • For any customer seeking for refund within 15 days of commencement of our services, will be liable of 100% refund.
  • For any customer seeking refund after 15 days of commencement of our services, will have to bear the charges of the month and will be liable to get back the remaining amount.
  • After you have initiated the refund, you will get your money back within a months’ time.

Replacement Policy for Products

  • Our Products are not liable for any Refund Policy, we do not refund you, your amount back in case of products purchased from us. Though we will replace the product in case we deliver you:
    • Defective product
    • Wrong product
  • In both the cases you have to intimate us of the defect or mismatch within 15 days of your purchase, after 15 days no replacement requests will be entertained.
  • While returning your product, make sure you have included all the contents of the product in the return box carefully.
  • Make sure to delete your personal information from the product while returning them back, we are in no manner responsible for such information.
  • Please note that the shipping charges will be borne by the customers.
  • Only online purchases will be covered under the replacement policy, offline purchases are not liable of any refund or replacement policy.
